Helped speed up production on the 12th, 13th and 14th floors. Steel stud walls and ceilings.

We were honored to take the reigns to provide the rough in framing in what is now the Jim Pattison Outpatient care and Surgery Center. Although we didn't frame the exterior, we did frame the interior. We were also responsible for the acoustic drywall and batt insulation above the ceilings.

The District Educational Center in Surry. We handled all of the interior and exterior steel stud framing. We had the unique job of framing the cool architectural steel swooshes on the outside of the structure. With miles of interior drywall bulkheads and fancy ceilings we enjoyed our time on this project.

Fantastic sloped soffits and architectural exterior steel stud framing.

High above Georgia Street the final pieces of the engineered steel stud soffit which we built to support the pains of glass hanging 200' above the street below.

Level 5 finish throughout this project. Thousands upon thousands of square feet of suspended ceilings per floor. We made the lives of the drywall taping finishers much easier providing perfectly level bulkheads and ceilings throughout our massive section of this project.

This was an exterior heavy job site. We framed the job from bottom to top outside to in. We also dealt with all the drywall fire ratings and the acoustic t bar and drywall ceilings.

The exterior was tricky for us to frame on this project. All the hollow steel columns needed to be enveloped in two continuous layers of drywall to achieve fire rating. We hugged the columns tight to give the client the largest possible window openings.

Another amazing project. We helped to build the exterior soffits and about 75% of the base building including the washrooms, framing around the core, elevator lobby ceilings and the drywall fire ratings.
